For Delivery Partners

Earnings for delivery partners depend on several factors, including the number of deliveries completed, distance, time of day, city, and customer tips. Typically, you earn a base fee per delivery plus possible additional amounts from tips and incentives during busy periods. The more you deliver, especially at peak times, the more you can earn.

You can track your earnings directly in the IndiaEats app. The app shows:

  • Your recent deliveries
  • Base earnings
  • Tips and bonuses (when available)
  • A daily and weekly summary

Earnings information is updated regularly, and you receive payouts according to the payment schedule in your area.

One of the main benefits of delivering with IndiaEats is flexibility. You can choose when you want to be online and available to receive delivery requests. There are no fixed shifts, so you can deliver full-time, part-time, or only during certain hours that fit your routine, depending on demand in your city.

Requirements can vary by city, but generally you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A valid ID document
  • A smartphone with the IndiaEats app installed
  • A suitable vehicle (such as a bike, scooter, or other approved option where you operate)
  • Any necessary local licenses or registration, if applicable

Additional background checks or documents may be required depending on local regulations.

To get started, visit our “Become a Delivery Partner” page and complete the registration form with your personal details and documents. Our team will review your application and guide you through the onboarding steps, including app setup and any short training or guidance if needed.

Delivery partners are usually paid on a regular schedule, such as weekly or bi-weekly, directly to their registered bank account. The IndiaEats app shows your completed deliveries and earnings, so you always know when to expect your payout.
Yes, in many areas customers can choose to tip you through the app. These tips are added to your earnings and are usually paid out along with your regular payments. In some cases, customers may also give cash tips directly.
Requirements for insurance and coverage depend on local laws and regulations. In some places, you may be responsible for having your own vehicle insurance or specific coverage. Please check local rules and the information provided during onboarding so you understand what is required in your area.
If you face any issue while on a delivery (for example, difficulty finding the customer, a safety concern, or an app problem), you can contact support through the IndiaEats app. Our team will help you resolve the situation as quickly and safely as possible.
