Choose your favorite restaurant, add your dishes to the cart, review your order, select your payment method, and confirm. You can then track your order in real time until it arrives.
IndiaEats is available in selected cities and neighborhoods. When you enter your address in the app or on the website, we automatically show you the restaurants and delivery options available in your area. We are continuously expanding to new locations.
Delivery time can vary based on distance, restaurant preparation time, and traffic conditions, but most orders are delivered in around 30 minutes on average. During very busy periods or bad weather, delivery may take a little longer.
IndiaEats accepts multiple secure payment methods, such as credit or debit cards and other available digital payment options depending on your region. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your data.
Yes, there is usually a delivery fee that depends on factors such as distance, time of day, and local pricing. You will always see the delivery fee clearly displayed before confirming your order, so there are no surprises.
After you place an order, you can follow its progress in real time through the IndiaEats app or website. You’ll see when the restaurant accepts your order, when the food is being prepared, when a delivery partner picks it up, and where your order is on the map until it reaches you.
If something is missing, incorrect, late, or does not meet your expectations, you can contact us directly through the app or website support section. Please provide your order number and a short description of the issue. Our support team will review the situation and help with a suitable solution in line with our policies.
In many cases, you can cancel your order if the restaurant has not yet started preparing it. Cancellation options depend on the order status and our policies. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy and follow the steps in the app to request a cancellation.
Refund eligibility depends on the situation (for example, if the order was not delivered or if there was a significant issue) and our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. When a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
